He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Riggins and Margaret Ann Riggins; and his brother Russell Riggins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elizabeth Riggins; his children, Robin Greathouse (Tim) and Luke Riggins (Brooke); his grandchildren, David Seay (Ashlee), Autum Stokes (Justin), Wyatt Seay (Mary Page Bronis), Presley Riggins, Miles Riggins, Willow Riggins, Joshua Greathouse (Danielle) and Matthew Greathouse (Blanca); his children, Lennon, Avery, Andee Seay, Wylder Stokes, Danica, Iris, Wesley and Marlee Greathouse; and his sisters, Linda Murphy (Don) and Patricia Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
