He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Jacobs and Levon Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sullivan Jacobs; his son Thomas Judson Jacobs; his daughter-in-law Kristen Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Jack Jacobs and Peyton Jacobs.
