It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara Parker (Vardaman, Mississippi) is shared. Barbara, born on May 6, 1939, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Puckett and Lee Puckett; her husband Wayne Parker; and her siblings, Melvin Puckett, Robert Puckett, Gene Puckett, Gladys Cope, Jane Reed and LuVerle Bass.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Parker Gregory of Bruce; her sister Linda Puckett Cobb of Altoona, IA; and her close friend Charlotte McCrory.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Liberty Baptist Church (248 Co Rd 427, Vardaman, MS 38878). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
