He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Pettit Skinner and Buck Skinner; and his sister Gay Evelyn Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Connie Skinner of Vardaman; his sons, Tim Skinner (Ginger) of Mooreville and Colby Skinner (K. B.) of Vardaman; his sister Crystal Shankle of Houston; his grandchildren, Allie Skinner, Megan Riley, Tori Smith (Hunter), Parker Skinner, Keaton Mooneyham and Lake Skinner (Bubby); his great grandchildren, Kinlee Armstrong and Briggs Smith; his nieces, Mica Stroup (Anthony), Chasity Nichols and Donna Nichols; and his great-niece Maegan Linton (Joel).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery.
