He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ben Mooneyham and Sue Tigress Mooneyham; his siblings, Bill Huckabee and Johnnie Nelson; and his father-in-law Jimmy Williams.
He is survived by: his wife April Williams Mooneyham of Vardaman; his daughters, Tiffany Mooneyham of Vardaman, Kellie Mooneyham of Vardaman, Amber Mooneyham of Vardaman, Madison Mooneyham of Vardaman, Jessica Fields (Lauren) and Tori Kitchens of Gore Springs; his siblings, Joe Mooneyham (Brenda) of Holcomb, Jimmy Mooneyham (Sandra) of Vardaman, Shirley Fowler (David) of Seattle, WA, Judy Butler (Tommy) of Talbott, TN and Betty Warring of Calhoun City; his grandsons, Landon Fletcher, Carter Mooneyham, Jaiden Bobo, Mason Freelon, Cameron Allen and Draesyn Virges; and his brother-in-law Vinnie Williams (Ashley) of Jefferson, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
