He is survived by: his wife Doris Hartley; his daughter Jerrie Leah Hartley of Vardaman; his grandchildren, Lee Parker (Krystal) of Vardaman, Amy White of Pittsboro, MS and Myka Carothers of Calhoun City, MS; his great grandchildren, Haley Reece, Garrett Parker, Ryan Land, Dana Jackson, Warren Jackson, Layla White and Amir Hankins; and his siblings, Bro. Fred Hartley (Glenda) and Beth Bush of Vardaman.
