He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wiggs and Robbie Mayhan Wiggs; and his siblings, Hosea Lee Wiggs, Jimmy Dee Wiggs, Sam L. Wiggs, Patricia Wiggs Marshall and Joe Wiggs.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wiggs of Vardaman; his daughters, Stephanie Wiggs Edmondson (Tim) of Vardaman and Mim Wiggs Boyette (Trey) of Vardaman; his stepdaughter Julie Boehmer (Charlie); his siblings, Robert Wiggs (Linda) of Vardaman, Louise Smith of Houston, Shirley Hubbard of Derma and Larry Wiggs (Debbie) of Calhoun City; his grandchildren, Kemp Edmondson (Ashley), Conner Edmondson, Ashley Morgan (TJ), Sarah Wooten, Hunter Boyette (Allysen), Tyler Boyette and Kayla Ferguson (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Tatum Elizabeth Edmondson and Collins Morgan.
