We bid farewell to Royce Cantrell of Verona, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 26, 2025 at the age of 88. Royce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Lee Cantrell and Delma Coats Cantrell; his wife Bette Howell Cantrell; his siblings, Bobby Cantrell and Eva Mae Parker; his granddaughter-in-law Brandy Chance Hutcheson; his great grandchild Elliot Chance Hutcheson; and his stepdaughter Shelli Grant.
He is survived by: his children, Patsy Cantrell Hutcheson (Steve) and Randy Cantrell (Ann); his stepchildren, Staci Bridges and Kirk Howell (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Scott, Adam, Kyle, Byron, Keelie, Ryan and Katie; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Lincoln, Penelope, Lachlan, Ella, Kallin and Koy; his siblings, Chestine McIntosh, Fray Cantrell and Denise Rogers; and his close friend Steve Dillard (Pam).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lee Memorial Park (5257 Raymond Ave, Tupelo, MS 38801).
