He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurewell B. Strong and Beatrice Strong. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ellis Strong; his children, Joseph Strong and Amy Williams; his brother Mark Strong (Teresa); his sisters-in-law, Dianne Patareau (Richard), Kim Allred (Mike) and Susie Vinzant (Ben); and his grandchildren, Avacyn Ballard, Jordan Williams and Erin Williams Dennis. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
