He was predeceased by: his wife Annette McClung Spring; his brother Randal Warren Spring; and his parents, Elwin Spring and Evelyn Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Dispenza (Chris) and Erin Spring (Blake Warnock); his granddaughter Jayde Dispenza; his sisters, Jane Lemen (Jerry) and Kaye Harris; his siblings-in-law, Dale McClung (Cindy) and Judy Marsicano; his nieces, Jill Couvillion (Billy), Jennifer Wozencraft (Shawn), Corey Jacobson (Jesse) and Paige Bublik (Trey); and his nephew Shane Marsicano (Donna).
