Deborah Jane Holloway Obituary

Deborah Holloway passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Merit Health River- Region Medical Center. She was 59. Deborah was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, MS. She was formerly employed at Rainbow and Ameristar Casino and Doc's Tobacco. She was a member of Warrenton Independent Baptist Church. Deborah was known and loved by many people and touched their lives in many special ways.

She touched Larry's life the most and gave him the most love of his life and her family. Deborah is survived by her husband Larry Holloway of Vicksburg, MS., her two daughters, Katrina Montgomery of Vidalia, LA., and Mechelle Been of Piedmont, OK., her son Lloyd Nevels of Vicksburg, MS., her sister Carrol McMannus of V, Doz, TX., and her 5 grandchildren, Inai, Jada, Patrick, Addyson, and Donovan.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 23, 2018, at 9:00 am at Glenwood Funeral Home. The service will immediately follow at 11:00 am, with the burial to follow at Greenlawn Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Tom McKinney and B.J. Hollman. Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of the Vicksburg Police Department. Officiating the service will be Rev. Marvin Curtis.
