He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Claude Bailey, R. Vaughn and Esther L. Hixson. He is survived by : his daughter MariJane Hixson; his parents, Jerry Hixson and Vickie Hixson (Bailey); his siblings, Bryton Hixson and Moriah Hixson; and his grandmother Letha Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Beautiful Deliverance Ministries or to Refuge Church.
