He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Armond and Frances Sandifer Stevens; his wife Martha M. Stevens; and his siblings, Forence S. Hile, Dora S. Templeton, Valerie S. Davis, Dorothy S. Pogue and Leonard B. Stevens.

He is survived by: his children, Lynne Stevens (Kevin McCaffrey), Anne S. Woerner, Joe Stevens and John Stevens; his daughter-in-law Lorie Stevens Vines; his grandchildren, Joseph Stevens (Pam Johnson), Erin Woerner Campbell, Ricky Woerner (Madison Johnston), Jeffrey Stevens, Jason Stevens, Jacob Stevens and Jaycee Vines; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Stevens, Caden Stevens, Jase Stevens, McKenna Campbell, Kiley Stevens and Silas Campbell.
