We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2024, Jean Dowe (Vicksburg, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her spouse Royce Dowe; her daughters, Donnie Tate and Sheryl Walker; and her grandchildren, Ken Tate and Brandi Russell Wendi (Clay). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Copdfoundation.org or Briarhill Nursing Home in Florence, MS in her honor.
