He is survived by: his wife Donna Hart; his sons, Jason Hart (Courtney) and James Michael Hart; his siblings, Tony Hart and Brenda Hart; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Hart, Alexis Hart, Shelby Hart, Hunter Hart, Hanna Hart, Phoebe Hart and Adalyn Hart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
