He is survived by: his children, Wesley Watson, Rodney Watson, Gwen Slaughter and Anna Wilson; his stepchildren, Lynn Hughes, James "Junior" Roy Wilson, Jr., Sharon Mosley (Tim), David Wilson (Cindy), Gene Morris and Mary Creekmore (Richie); and his siblings, Roy Watson (Phyllis), Mary Fasano (Bob) and Linda Towe. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
