He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Zelasko and Genevieve A. "Polly" Zelasko of Chicago, IL; and his sister Sandra Wollek (John) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is survived by: his wife Philomena of Vicksburg, MS; his children, Theresa M. Zelasko of Austin, TX, Joseph M. Zelasko (Elizabeth) of Loveland, CO, John F. Zelasko (Ashley) of Little Rock, AR and Peter J. Zelasko (Kathleen) of Gallup, NM; and his grandchildren, Philomena, John, Evangeline, James and Mary Katherine.
