He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Shane (Tracy), Doc (Sarah) and Carrie (Tanner); his grandchildren, Zach Carley, John Ellis Carley, Jacob Carley, Bethany Terry and Noah Terry; and his sister Florrie Edwards. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
