He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Wayne "Bud" Thompson, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Butch Owen and Suzanne McPhearson Thompson; his daughter Stella Bonelli Owen; his stepparents, Carl Wayne and Karen; and his siblings, Greg Owen (Audrey), Lori Thompson Johnson and Shannon Tyson Dixon (Robby). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
