He was predeceased by: his father Margorie King Rollins; his wife Dell Grice Rollins; Margorie King Rollins. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Wayne "Pat" Rollins (Jamie Leigh) and Garland Marcus "Marc" Rollins (Rachael); his grandsons, Tristan Rollins, Presley Rollins and Tristan Ian Rogers; his brothers, Honnie Ray Rollins and Robert "Bob" Rollins; his siblings-in-law, Holli Jean Rester and Leon Butch Dutton; and his cousin Betsy Folmar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or The Wounded Blue Foundation.
