She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Elizabeth Rogers Ezell and Alvin Ezell; her husband Ralph L. Fore; and her siblings, Dorothy Bowlin, Ruby Nell Elledge, Harry Ezell, Robert Ezell, Alvin Ezell, Jr. and Glen Ezell.

She is survived by: her children, Lee Fore, Rory Fore and Julie Millet (Craig); her grandchildren, Lindsey Millet, Matthew Millet, Tyler Fore, Nolan Fore, Brooklyn Fore and Brianna Fore; and her sister Carolyn Sue Swoope (Frank).
