He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Polk and Robertine Higgins Polk of Lake Providence; his brother Robert Polk; and his grandparents, Albert Marvin Higgins Sr. and Ether Carter Higgins.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Lane Polk; his children, Max and Tracy; and his pets, Bobby Blue and Chia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (145 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (326 Lovers Ln, Vicksburg, MS 39183).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, Vicksburg Warren Humane Society, or a favorite charity.
