Mildred Claire Rone Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Claire Rone (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crawford Hutchinson, Sr. and Frances Worthington Hutchinson; her husband Carlton Rone, Sr.; her children, Carlton Rone, Jr. and Mary Frances Rone; and her siblings, Harry Hutchinson, John C. Hutchinson, Jr. and Eleanor Curtis.

She is survived by: her children, James Rone, Lori Evans (Greg) and Eleanor Phillips (Greg); her grandchildren, Stephanie Robert, Lisa Ravenberg (Brett), Michael Evans (Emily), John Phillips and Laura Phillips; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Joe and Matthew Robert; her grandchildren, Evelyn, Thomas, Henry, Claire Ravenberg, George and Issac Evans; and her stepsiblings, Phillip Hullum, Ruth Gay and Jean Sneed. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Vicksburg Catholic Schools.
