She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Guy; her parents, Neal Stubbs and Louise Murray; and her sister Connie Geary. She is survived by: her son Christopher Guy; her nieces and nephews, Becky Childress (Matt), Jennifer Bassett (Jim), Eleanor Jones (Jason), Josh Bassett, Jordan Bassett, Wade Childress, Neal Childress and Drew Jones; and her brothers, Randy Stubbs (Tina) and T. J. Stubbs (Judy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Pat's memory.
