He is survived by: his children, Michael Edwards (Julie), Robert Edwards (Jane Clare), Chris Ratliff (Caroline), Vanessa Ratliff (Austin) and Theresa Ratliff (Morris); his uncle Billy; his aunt Viola Johnston; his sisters, Mae Hardy (Jim) and Brenda Giles; his grandchildren, Payton Edwards, Megan Edwards, Morgan Edwards, Michael Christopher Edwards, Andrew Gilbert and Molly Clare Gilbert; and his great grandchild Michael Blaine Edwards.
