Stephen Paul Griffing Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2025, at the age of 65, Stephen Paul Griffing of Vicksburg, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Thelma Effle Lee Griffing; and his brother Phil Griffing (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Sue Griffing; his daughters, Maggie McKnight (Mac) and Anna Griffing (Jeremy McCaskill); his grandchildren, Anna Kate and Van McKnight; his brother Tom Griffing (Melody); and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Glenwood Funeral Home (145 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (191 US-80, Vicksburg, MS 39180).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mississippi Baptist Children's Village, the Palmer Home for Children, or a local charity of your choice.
