She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Pittman and Gertrude Pittman; her sibling Willie Pittman; and her husband Charles C. Calhoun Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Calhoun Haller (Clay) and Catherine Calhoun (Trevor); her grandchildren, Meredith Haller Regan (Ross) and Christian Calhoun Watkins (Rachel); and her great grandchild Charlotte Jane Regan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (1115 Main St, Vicksburg, MS 39180). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Christ Episcopal Church Vicksburg, MS, the Vicksburg-Warren Humane Society, or Southern States Rottweilers in honor of Jane's enduring love for her church and her passion for animal welfare.
