He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Conrad and Margaret Cockrell Conrad; his grandchildren, Drew Bradford and Destiny Conrad; and his stepson Karl Creekmore.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Conrad; his children, John LeRoy Conrad and Virginia Bradford (Robert); his stepson Guy Creekmore, Jr. (Jeanene); and his siblings, Gerald Conrad (Phyllis) and Ellen Ingram (Thomas). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
