He was predeceased by: his father Douvard "Gene" Stokes; and his siblings, Cynthia Stokes, Michelle Stokes and Larry Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Stokes; his children, Andrew Neal Stokes, Jonathon Beau Stokes and Tabitha Wingfield; his grandson Hudson Stokes; his mother Linda Stokes; and his siblings, Rhonda (Chris) and Paul Stokes (Gaye). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Most recently, he fought another difficult battle against COVID-19, the flu, and pneumonia.
