He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Kay Hughes and Jeannie Ann Wegmann (Bill); and his siblings' children, Lorie Melton (Bill), Byron Wegmann (Tina), Billy C. Hughes II (Jennifer), Cory Swain (Pam), Kelly Patterson (Todd) and Justin Swain (Christina).
