With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christy Holland of Water Valley, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2026 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Christy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cary Palmertree and Paulette Palmertree; and her stepmother Carol Palmertree. She is survived by: her husband Corey Holland; her siblings, Scott Palmertree (Rhonda), Blake Brandon, Heather Palmertree (Ashley) and Ashley Bogle (Mike); and her caregiver Patty Holcomb.
