He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Irving Phillips, Sr. and Gladys Corrine Smith Phillips. He is survived by: his brother Charles Monroe Phillips of Water Valley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Sylva Rena Baptist Church (17640 Hwy 32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
