Dean Callahan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Callahan (Water Valley, Mississippi), who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmon Mathis and Lucille Mathis; her husband Robert Callahan, Sr.; her son Robert Lee Callahan, Jr.; and her sister Shirley Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Callahan (Christy), Stacy Callahan (Billie) and Stephanie Mills (Scott); her grandchildren, Leslie-Brooke Singletery, Jack-Tyler Singletery, Macon Allen Callahan, Jordan Leigh Callahan, Emilee Clare Callahan and Sadie Rowen Callahan; and her sisters, Clemmie Callahan and Jerleen Harris.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anchor Baptist Church (1009 MS-7, Water Valley, MS 38965). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Camp Ground Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made to the Camp Ground Cemetery Fund at Bank First in Water Valley.
