He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Emmett and Eva Jordan Brooks; his former wife Patricia Chatman Brooks; his son Bradford Chatman Brooks; and his siblings, Eva Flutz, Bille Terrell and Currie Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Raye Ledbetter Brooks; his daughters, Angie Brooks Hodge and Sherry Tate Brown; his grandchildren, Laci Brasher of Olive Branch, MS, Justin Brooks (Suzanne), Brandon Brooks (Madison), Austin Hodge (Mary), Jordan Hodge (Millie Fricker), Brooks Hodge and Eli Hodge (Lexi Trimble); his great grandchildren, Tyler Brasher, Carter Buck, Andy Brooks, Emmett Brooks, Bailey Brooks, Joe Hodge, Selby Brooks, Jane Hodge, Huck Trimble, Lily Hodge and Lena Brooks; and his brothers, Bob Brooks (Pat) and Travis Brooks (Amy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
