He is survived by: his wife Pat Windham Shook of Oxford; his son Christopher Blake Shook (Laura) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Lauren Bailey Odum, Caroline Shook and Dylan Shook; and his brother Ronnie Shook (Sally) of Paynes, MS..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anchor Baptist Church (1009 MS-7, Water Valley, MS 38965). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Anchor Baptist Church Cemetery (1009 MS-7, Water Valley, MS 38965).
