She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Woodard and Mary Jimmie Winnfield Woodard. She is survived by: her children, Keenan Loper of Water Valley and Sandy Loper Brown (Mike) of Water Valley; her grandchildren, Parker Brown of Water Valley and Meredith Brown of Water Valley; her husband Jerry Loper; her son David Loper; and her siblings, Mack Woodard and Rowina Woodard Garrison.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Golden Grove Cemetery (11530 Co Rd 501, Union, MS 39365).
