He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sheffield and Leves Nell Tyler Sheffield; his siblings, William Sheffield, Sheila Ann Sheffield and Molly Ann Sheffield; his uncles, Obia "Butch" Tyler, Jimmy Dale Tyler and Thomas Lee Tyler; and his aunt Martha Louise White.
He is survived by: his brother Charles Tyler of Memphis, TN; his niece Naketa Danielle Sheffield; his great-nephews, Kameron D. Moore of Water Valley, MS and Keyon J. Moore of Water Valley, MS; and his aunt Janie Ree Tyler of Plano, TX.. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home (12760 Hwy 32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
