He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Emmett and Eva Jordan Brooks; his siblings, Eva Frances Fultz, Billie Brooks Terrell, Currie Brooks and Frank Berle Brooks; and his nephew Brad Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Brooks of Water Valley, MS; his daughters, Carla Gabel (Lee) of Plano, TX and Jennifer Moore (Dusty) of Dallas, TX; his granddaughter Alayna Moore of Dallas, TX; and his brother Travis Brooks (Amy) of Water Valley, MS.. He is also survived by nephews, many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home and Cremation Services (12760 Hwy 32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home (12760 Hwy 32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Mr. Robert Glynn Brooks can be made to First Baptist Church (800 North Main Street, Water Valley, MS 38965).
