She is survived by: her husband Alex McCachren; her children, Josh Smith, Charles "Chop" Bradley (Carol), Dillon McCachren and Carley Jane Myrick; and her siblings, Phyllis Smith Haley (Tom), Ruth Katrina Smith, Wanda Faye Smith Littlejohn, Kandy Jane Smith and Joseph Mark Miles. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
