He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donnell Bell, Sr. and Aileen McCulley Bell; his son Jeffrey Duane Bell; his stepson Woody Walker (Regina); his siblings, Lily Loyce Bell Horan (Ben) and James Donnell Bell, Jr. (Ding Dong); and his niece Kim Horan Bruner.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Kamke Bell; his son Timothy Craig Bell (Marty); his stepchildren, Mary Ann Griffin (Piet Goosen), Joe Wayne Walker, Jr. (Jacqueline), Forrest Bryan (Sasha) and Marc Bryan (Ronda); his sister Carol Louise Bell Brown (Breck); his grandchildren, Miriam (Moe), Black (Brandon), Madison Tolbert (Will), Timothy Craig Bell, Jr. (Nicole), Anna Maria Greene (Jeremy), Addison Walker, Tristan Bryan, Samuel Bryan, Charles Bryan, Ally Bryan, Julia Bryan, Jacob Walker and Samuel Walker; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Reed, Harding Black, Madelyn Tolbert and Sadie Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mid-South Christian College, First Christian Church of Water Valley, or any charity of choice.
