He is survived by: his wife Sheila Butts; his daughters, Tiffanie Eubanks (Eric) and Stephanie Banton (Tim); his grandsons, Mason Eubanks and Chance Dewberry; his great grandchild Oakleigh Grace Whitten; and his siblings, Tommy Butts and Carolyn Butts.
