She is survived by: her husband Chester Ray Cook, III; her mother Cynthia Smith; her children, Sebastian Cook (Cierra) and Alyssa Cook of Waynesboro, MS; her sister Jessica Knight (Emmanuel) of Biloxi, MS; and her nieces, Kaitlyn Ralls, Kathryn Ralls and Makenzye Holloman.
