She was predeceased by: her parents, William Claude Burgess and Vermell Burgess (Walley); her husband O. E. "Pete" Bonner; and her siblings, William "Vardie" Burgess, John Allen Burgess, Zeline Rainwater, Mary Lynn Mayo, Glendine Holliman and Texine Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Bonner (Robin) of Waynesboro, MS, Carol Alman (Kenny) of Slidell, LA, Dale Bonner (Debbie) of Quitman, MS, Garey Bonner (Linda) of Waynesboro, MS and Kay Jones (Bobby) of Waynesboro, MS; and her siblings, J. C. "Bud" Burgess of Buckatunna, MS, Aline Rigney (Johnny Paul) of Waynesboro, MS and Peggy Snellgrove (James) of Shubuta, MS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
