She was predeceased by : her parents, Olin McLain and Mary Lou McLain; her son B. J. McLain; and her siblings, Clifford McLain, Leonard McLain, James McLain and Francis Hinton.

She is survived by : her husband James L. Clements; her daughter Kelly Beard (Thomas) of Waynesboro, MS; and her brothers, Mike McLain of Brandon, MS and Jerry Wayne McLain of Waynesboro, MS. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
