She was predeceased by: her parents, George Prentiss Powe, Sr. and Gladys Donnaree Powe; her children, Mike Davis and Cathy Donnaree Davis; and her sister Henrietta Corley.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. James Greg Davis (Mari) of Cullman, AL, Lisa West (Sol) of Buckatunna, MS, Kay Clark (John Mark) of Waynesboro, MS and Audrey Cochran (Ronald) of Waynesboro, MS; her siblings, Alex Powe of Petal, MS, Greg Davis (Mari Brooks Davis) and Lisa West (Sol West); and her husband Ronald Cochran. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Winchester United Methodist Church Cemetery Association.
