With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecelia Mills of Waynesboro, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William R. Mills and Sis; her niece Jennifer Romijn; her brother Chris Mills; and her grandparents, Herman, Myrtle, Willie Mills, Millard, Virgie and Kathleen Howell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharry Muscat (Vince), Freddie Mills (Carla) of Clara, MS and Marlon Walley (Imogene) of Clara, MS; and her siblings' children, Chris Muscat (Christina), Lakisha West (Robert), Brandi Freeman (Dustin) and Brianna Smith (Kaleb). She is also survived by five great nieces and six great nephews.
