With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Jackson of Waynesboro, Mississippi, who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George McNeil and Virginia "Virgie" McNeil; her husband David Jackson; her stepmother Eula Mae McNeil; her sons, George Roberts, Glen Roberts, Sr. and Larry Roberts; her sisters, Lila Dean, Wilma Smith and Bobbie Twiner; her half-sister Dorothy Hershey; her granddaughter Tammy Jordan; her great grandchildren, Kailynn Nicholson, Maggie Roberts and Braden Nicholson; and her great great grandchild Canaan Loper.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Sosa (Peter Smith) of Jonesboro, AR, Donald Roberts of Waynesboro, MS and Jimmy Roberts (Debbie) of Waynesboro, MS; and her sister Anita "Tennie" Thomas of Eucutta, MS.
