He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabry Ollie Beard, Sr. and Gladys Beard (Smith); and his siblings, Mabry Ollie Beard, Jr. and Jimmie Dunagin. He is survived by: his wife Evelon Beard (Spruell) of Waynesboro, MS; his sons, Brent Beard (Janet) of State Line, MS and Mark Beard (Megan) of Ellisville, MS; his sister Dorothy "Dot" Parker of Waynesboro, MS; and his grandchildren, Brennan, Channing, Collin, Alexis, Kross and Navy Kate. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
