He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bura Sanderson, Sr. and Amanda Victoria Sanderson (Cooley); his wife Willie Jean Sanderson (Palmer); and his siblings, William Bura "W. B." Sanderson, Jr. and Betty Lou Smith (Sanderson).
He is survived by : his children, Sonya Sanderson Walley (Bruce) of Waynesboro, MS and Phillip Sanderson of Satsuma, AL; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Walley Stringfellow (Blake) of Lucedale, MS, Caleb Walley of Waynesboro, MS, Lauren Sanderson Wilson (Trent) of Satsuma, AL, Faith Sanderson of Satsuma, AL and Emma Grace Sanderson of Satsuma, AL; his great grandchild Tatum Wilson; and his siblings, Jimmy Sanderson of Richton, MS, Gladys Merle Palmer of Waynesboro, MS, Edna Earl Nowell (B. V.) of Waynesboro, MS and Marion Sanderson of Waynesboro, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
