He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin and Burlie Johnson; his wife Laura G. Johnson; his sons, Keith Ray Johnson and Ricky Johnson; his siblings, Robert Johnson, Fred Johnson, Frances Barber, Clementine Carroway, Doris McNeil and Lucille Cossley; and his son-in-law Juston Waites.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laetreta Johnson Waites of Waynesboro, MS, Debbie Richards (Steven) of Waynesboro, MS and Marticia Holifield (Randy) of Waynesboro, MS; his sister Olga Barton of Summerdale, AL; and his grandchildren, Clifton, Kevin, Kayla, Bethany, Amanda, Krystal, Dustin, Chasity and Hunter. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
